Business Analyst

Job Mandate:

Serves as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that systems and applications effectively support

business processes. This role combines functional expertise (business processes) with technical understanding (systems, data, and

tools)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate needs into functional/technical specifications
• Work with developers to implement solutions
• Perform testing (UAT, system, integration)
• Support system configuration, issues, and enhancements
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide training/support
• Maintain documentation (BRD, FRD, SOPs)
• Identify process improvements and system upgrades

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in:

◦ Information Technology

◦ Computer Science

◦ Business Administration

◦ Information Systems or related field

Certifications (optional but preferred):

◦ Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA)

◦ ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)

Work Experience

• Experience in business analysis, system implementation, or IT support roles
• Worked on ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft
• Dynamics)
• Hands-on experience in:

o Requirements gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)

o System configuration and testing (UAT, integration)

o Data analysis and reporting

• Collaborated with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Supported system enhancements, troubleshooting, and upgrades
• Participated in end-to-end project lifecycle (design, implementation, support)
• Preferably 2-5+ years of combined business + technical experience in system

analysis or implementation roles.
