From SAP S/4HANA Sales to Pricing, Rebates, Trade Promotion Management, and global process governance, you'll help ensure our business operates efficiently, consistently, and ready for future growth.

What You'll Achieve:

Drive Global O2C Excellence

• You will shape and optimize global Order-to-Cash processes across the Hero Group, ensuring scalable, efficient, and future-proof solutions.
• You will act as a key partner for business stakeholders and help align global process standards across markets.

Own Sales & Trade Promotion Processes

• You will lead initiatives across SAP S/4HANA SD and Trade Promotion Management solutions, covering critical areas such as pricing, rebates, trade promotion claims, agreements, and customer management.
• You will contribute to creating seamless end-to-end processes that support commercial excellence.

Transform Business Requirements into Solutions

• You will analyze business needs and translate them into robust SAP solutions and process enhancements.
• You will develop functional specifications and work closely with technical experts to deliver high-quality solutions.

Shape Global SAP Projects

• You will actively participate in international SAP S/4HANA rollout programs and transformation initiatives.
• You will support testing activities, coordinate user acceptance testing, and help ensure successful project deliveries.

Support and Empower the Business

• You will serve as a trusted advisor for Sales and other business functions worldwide.
• You will provide second-level support, facilitate workshops, and deliver training to key users and stakeholders.

Collaborate Across Functions

• You will work closely with colleagues across SAP modules, external partners, and international teams to continuously improve business processes and system capabilities.
• You will contribute to sustainable solution designs that reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency.

Who You Are:

SAP O2C Expert

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring strong expertise in Order-to-Cash processes and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).

Commercial Process Specialist

• You have deep knowledge of pricing, rebates, agreements, claims, deductions, and trade promotion processes.
• Experience with TPM solutions such as Vistex or comparable tools is highly valuable.

Transformation & Project Professional

• You have participated in SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects, ideally in an international environment.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with modules such as FI/CO and MM is a strong asset.

Analytical Problem Solver

• You enjoy understanding business challenges, identifying opportunities, and designing practical solutions.
• You approach your work in a structured and solution-oriented way.

Collaborative Partner

• You thrive in international environments and enjoy working with stakeholders across functions and markets.
• You communicate effectively and build strong relationships with business and IT teams alike.

Global Mindset

• You are fluent in English.
• German or Spanish language skills are considered an advantage.
