Job Title: Business Process Consultant

Location: Zurich, Switzerland (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full- time

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant to support a leading Swiss organization in driving business transformation, process optimization, and enterprise architecture initiatives.

In this strategic role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and ICT architecture teams to improve organizational processes, align business objectives with technology, and contribute to enterprise-wide transformation programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and support the business in strategic and operational planning.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support decision-making and business strategy.
  • Analyze, design, and optimize business processes and organizational structures.
  • Conduct business case and cost-benefit analyses considering financial, operational, and sustainability aspects.
  • Support and advise on both existing and new business initiatives and projects.
  • Align business objectives with enterprise and ICT architecture.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business effectiveness, efficiency, and value creation.
  • Monitor business performance using KPIs and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Business Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
  • Strong experience with Business Process Modeling (BPMN).
  • Hands-on experience with TOGAF and/or ArchiMate.
  • Excellent understanding of business process optimization and organizational design.
  • Experience working closely with Enterprise Architecture and ICT teams.
  • Strong analytical, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience performing business case analysis and cost-benefit evaluations.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and KPI-driven performance management.
  • Experience delivering business transformation or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
