Business development Manager, Mobile Business

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan (supporting Russia, Kazakhstan and Central Asia operations)

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Segmentation Operations: Layered management based on customer needs and value, formulating corresponding operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Cost Management: Leverage digital tools to monitor cost fluctuations of all partnership resources for the CMLink Global Data SIM, driving cost optimization initiatives to enhance product profitability.
• Product Price Management: Conduct regular product pricing optimization exercises for the CMLink Global Data SIM based on resource cost optimization outcomes. Develop and implement strategic pricing proposals to maintain market competitiveness.
• Business Operations Analysis: Responsible for building the operational analysis system for CMLink Global Card business, supporting effective business data management, analysis, and mining. Prepare regular or special analysis reports on business operations to support product and operational decision-making.
• MVNO business marketing development: responsible for MVNO marketing(together with Russian MNO partners), increasing subscriber base,negotiation with regional MNO to launch more partners in CIS region.
• Sales of CMlink products: responsible for sales of CMlink Global sim card, seek possibility to sell MVNO products to 2B or 2C market, or through channels or agencis.

Job Requirements

• Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Proficient in using statistical tools/SQL/Access/Excel.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Preference given to candidates with experience in the telecommunications industry, eSIM products, and partnership management.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Confident and proactive personality with a high level of self-motivation and the ability to handle high work pressure.
