Business Systems Analyst – ERP & Integrations

This role will serve as the connection between Finance, Operations, IT, and external technology partners to ensure systems work effectively, data flows accurately, and technology solutions support business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who understands both technology and business processes and has experience supporting ERP systems, integrations, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

· Support and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other enterprise applications

· Partner with Finance, Operations, and business users to understand requirements and improve system processes

· Troubleshoot system issues impacting financial, operational, and reporting processes

· Assist with system configuration, testing, upgrades, and enhancements

· Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy

· Support integrations between ERP systems, transportation systems, payment platforms, and third-party applications

· Troubleshoot data flow issues and identify root causes of integration failures

· Analyze system interfaces, APIs, data mappings, and automated workflows

· Validate data accuracy across multiple platforms

· Collaborate with software vendors and technology partners to resolve issues and implement improvements

· Utilize SQL and database tools to analyze data and troubleshoot system issues

· Support reporting initiatives by ensuring data integrity and consistency

· Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve workflows

· Document system processes, procedures, and technical solutions

· Work closely with internal teams and external vendors on system enhancements and implementations

· Participate in technology projects, testing, and process improvement initiatives

· Translate business needs into technical requirements

· Provide training and support to end users when needed

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field preferred

· 3+ years of experience supporting business applications, ERP systems, or enterprise integrations

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or Dynamics GP

· Experience troubleshooting integrations between multiple systems

· Strong understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, and system interfaces

· Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

· Experience with logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology systems

· Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

· Experience with EDI integrations
