Role: Guidewire Systems Analyst

Location: San Antonio onsite is preference, Plano is possible.



Required Qualification

s5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related role

.Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working with the Guidewire platform

.Strong understanding of Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications, including

  • :PolicyCente
  • rClaimCente
  • rBillingCenter (preferred
  • )Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
  • .Experience supporting system design and technical refinement activities within Agile environments
  • .Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • .Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • .Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions
