Position: Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant (Sales Cloud & CPQ).

Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid).

Duration: Permanent/ Long Term Contract (Freelance).

Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to support the definition, evolution, and functional governance of the Sales domain within a Salesforce environment for the Utilities sector.

The role will focus on business process definition, requirements gathering, functional prioritization, solution validation, and support for the implementation of Salesforce capabilities related to Sales, Opportunities, Quotes, Pricing, Commercial Contracting, and Salesforce CPQ.

A key aspect of this role is the mandatory use of Anthropic Claude and Spec Driven Development (SDD) methodologies to accelerate functional specification creation, improve documentation quality, and ensure traceability between business needs, functional design, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enhance sales-related business processes.
• Analyse and document business requirements.
• Create functional specifications and requirements documents.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the functional backlog.
• Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders.
• Validate Salesforce functional solutions.
• Support functional testing and UAT activities.
• Monitor and manage functional incidents and enhancements.
• Generate functional documentation using Anthropic Claude.
• Apply Spec Driven Development (SDD) practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
