🔎 We're looking for a Business Analyst to join the team of a leading international company in trade credit insurance and commercial risk management, helping businesses around the world protect themselves against unpaid invoices.

The project is at a key moment: e-Invoicing is becoming mandatory country by country across Europe, and this team leads that rollout — connecting internal systems, e-Invoicing platforms and each jurisdiction's tax authorities. A role where regulatory detail translates into real business impact.

💡 What you'll find here:

• Analysing the impact of country-specific e-Invoicing mandates on business processes, integrations and invoice data models.
• Gap analysis to identify what needs to change, mapping regulatory, semantic and syntax requirements across jurisdictions.
• Defining and maintaining data mappings between source systems, orchestration services and e-Invoicing platforms.
• Documenting the end-to-end invoice flow: data transformations, lifecycle events, status updates and regulatory responses.
• Onboarding new countries and legal entities, ensuring systems, mappings and compliance are ready to go.
• Acting as the bridge between business (Finance), IT and external partners — facilitating workshops and aligning requirements, dependencies and priorities.

🎯 We're looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience as a Business Analyst in environments where business, IT and external providers work side by side.
• Masters gap analysis, requirements definition (business, functional and data) and data mapping.
• Is comfortable turning regulatory requirements into concrete changes to systems and processes.
• Knows how to drive stakeholder alignment, not just document it.
• Has worked with e-Invoicing, electronic invoicing, tax or multi-country regulatory projects.

📍 Location: Madrid – Hybrid (1 day in the office).
