Gather and analyze requirements, create diagrams, create user stories, create test cases

Mandatory Qualifications 1 Bachelor level or higher education (provide transcript with Form 2 if yes) 2 CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent BA credential/education (Provide valid current certificate with Form 2 if yes) 3 84 months of experience in requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication 4 84 months of experience assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications 5 84 months of experience identifying and documenting existing business processes, creating various data and behavior models,process/flow models, and usage models to provide direction to application developers 6 84 months experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment 7 12 months experience working on projects for the public sector/government (Answers to this question must specify entity and time served to qualify) 8 36 months experience with Grants Management systems (Must specify which systems on Form 2) Required Documentation
