NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Coordinator to work in Costa Rica with our global client.


Responsibilities:


• Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data from IT Country Office support processes and service management platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, periodic operational reports, and KPI scorecards for management review and decision-making.

• Build and maintain queries, data models, and reusable datasets to support reporting accuracy, traceability, and consistency.

• Integrate data from REST APIs and other approved sources to automate data refreshes, reduce manual effort, and improve reliability of operational metrics.

• Transform data sources for data analysis, reporting automation, data quality checks, and repeatable operational workflows.

• Document and map operational processes based on KPIs, reports, and service management needs.

• Monitor and report operational compliance based on defined KPIs, thresholds, service indicators, and QMS expectations.

• Coordinate with the Country Office Coordinator to provide data-driven feedback to analysts and support continuous improvement actions.

• Maintain and improve shared repositories where agreed operational information, dashboards, reports, and reference materials are published.

• Collaborate with the team to keep the Knowledge Base clean, useful, measurable, and aligned with operational needs.

• Apply technical concepts, methodologies, tools, and techniques to support data analysis and generate practical solutions.

• Provide input into the identification and conceptualization of new projects, reporting improvements, data products, or automation activities.

• Apply best practices in data handling, documentation, reporting, and collaboration.

• Contribute as a member of a multidisciplinary team and coordinate work within and beyond the Service Delivery area from the Technology and Transformation Department (TTD/TDS).

• Develop and maintain documentation for new and existing procedures, datasets, reports, dashboards, and automation routines.

• Maintain a consistent relationship with users and IT teams, providing quality, efficient, and insight-informed support.


Requirements:

· Detail-oriented and self-starting, with strong ownership of deliverables and follow-through.

· Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Ability to work across a broad range of products, information sources, service management processes, and operating environments.

· Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, BI/reporting, IT operations analytics, QA, process maintenance, KPI compliance, service management reporting, or similar functions.

· Client orientation attitude and ability to understand stakeholder needs, operational challenges, and reporting expectations.

.Knolwedge and experience with SQL, Power BI, Python, Data Marketplace and Data Governance, Agentic AI.


Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree in one of the following areas:

• Systems Engineering

• Computer Science

• Information Technology

• Statistics

• Mathematics

• Business Analytics

• Data Science

• A related discipline relevant to data, analytics, IT operations, or service management
