Your role at Vantive
We are seeking a highly skilled Maestro/Rapid Response Expert with good experience in Demand Planning to join our Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE). This role is part of a global team responsible for driving planning excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across the organization through the effective use of Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse.
As a member of the CoE, the individual will support worldwide operational teams, act as a strategic partner to planning functions, and enhance the overall digital transformation of our planning ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong demand planning expertise with analytical capabilities and a passion for enabling best‑in‑class planning processes.
What You'll Do
Center of Excellence (CoE) Contributions
- Serve as a core member of the Global Planning CoE, supporting standardization, governance, and best-practice sharing across regions.
- Lead or contribute to global improvement initiatives, new capability deployments, and process harmonization efforts.
- Act as a multiplier for planning excellence by mentoring, training, and supporting planning communities worldwide.
- Support documentation of standards, governance guidelines, and best practices for RapidResponse use.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, including configuration, workbook development, analytics, and troubleshooting.
- Build, maintain, and enhance Maestro/RapidResponse dashboards, KPIs, and scenario planning tools.
- Support global users by ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and effective application usage.
- Support advanced “what-if” scenario modeling to drive fast, informed decision-making.
- Support demand planning review cycles through data analysis, trend identification, and forecast interpretation.
- Partner with regional and global demand planners to improve forecast accuracy and process adherence.
- Integrate business, commercial, and market intelligence into forecasting models.
- Ensure demand signals are consistent, high-quality, and aligned with upstream and downstream planning processes.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management, Commercial, and Finance teams to drive aligned planning processes.
- Translate business requirements into system capabilities and enhancements in partnership with IT and solution architects.
- Support change management and user adoption across global teams.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to increase accuracy, speed, and quality of planning outputs.
- Participate in global projects, system upgrades, and new module deployments.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring and governance of data integrity across all planning models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or relevant practical experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Planning roles.
- Practical experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse (planner, super‑user, or solution support role).
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a global environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Maestro/Rapid Response certification
- Understanding of end-to-end planning processes (Demand, Supply, S&OP).
- Experience with continuous improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with master data concepts and data quality management.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
