Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Business Analyst with experience in purchasing, demand planning, and an APICS certification (or equivalent).This role is ideal for someone who is:

- Lead and collaborate on initiatives involving cost reduction through data analysis to optimize workflows and improve cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate data initiatives to identify trends, performance opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain clear, accurate reports, dashboards, and models to support well-informed business decisions.
- Work with multiple teams to understand business needs and transform them into practical, data-driven insights.
- Create business cases and financial summaries aligned with operational objectives.
- Support improvement projects with evidence-based recommendations for better performance outcomes.
- Act as a leader, fostering collaboration across teams to achieve strategic goals.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Computer Science, or related fields.
- English Proficiency
- 8+ years of professional experience in:
- Working with Supply Chain, budget management, business data analysis, cost reduction, and metrics to improve operational outcomes.
- Purchasing, demand planning, and APICS certification (or equivalent).
- Leadership in driving efficiency improvements and enhancing cost performance.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; SQL experience is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
- Results-driven with a focus on measurable improvements in cost-effectiveness and operational performance.
