IT Analyst

Job Role:- IT Analyst

Job Location:- Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience:- 5-7 Years

Responsible for supporting IT infrastructure operations with a strong focus on procurement, vendor coordination, financial tracking, and basic technical support. Acts as a bridge between IT, finance, and vendors to ensure smooth operational execution.

• Raise purchase requisitions and process purchase orders
• Track procurement lifecycle, renewals, and contract processing
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams on pending requests
• Maintain pricing comparisons and support cost optimization decisions
• Coordinate with IT, finance, and legal teams for approvals
• Provide basic L1 desktop and technical support when required
• Support technical evaluation of IT devices and solutions
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely execution of tasks
• Work with Oracle Fusion for procurement and finance processes
• Handle Capex/Opex tracking and basic financial classification

• IT procurement and vendor management
• Oracle Fusion (basic working knowledge)
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and devices
• Microsoft Excel and MS Office (advanced level preferred)
• Email communication and documentation skills
• Basic finance knowledge (Capex, Opex, accruals)
• Coordination and multitasking ability
• L1 desktop support fundamentals

• 5-7 years of experience in IT procurement or related support role
• Diploma or Bachelor?s degree in IT / Computer Networking or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills
• Willingness to handle both technical and operational tasks
