Product Project Manager

We are looking for a bilingual Project & Product Manager to manage software and AI projects from client requirements through final delivery.

The ideal candidate can communicate directly with clients, understand their business needs, translate those needs into clear technical softrware requirements, and organize the development team to deliver functional MVPs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and document client requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Define the MVP scope and prioritize features based on business value, complexity, timeline, and available resources.
• Break projects into clear tasks and distribute them across frontend, backend, AI, mobile, UI/UX, and QA team members.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with the development team and ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time.
• Review completed work against the original client requirements.
• Identify blockers, risks, scope changes, and delays before they affect delivery.
• Coordinate testing, client feedback, revisions, and final project handover.
• Maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clients and internal stakeholders with regular progress updates.
• Prevent scope creep by clearly distinguishing between approved requirements and additional requests.

Requirments

• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in software project management, product management, business analysis, or technical project coordination.
• Strong ability to convert non-technical client requests into clear technical requirements.
• Good understanding of software development processes, databases, frontend, backend, mobile applications, AI systems, and third-party integrations.
• Experience managing MVPs, prototypes, or early-stage digital products.
• Ability to write user stories, functional requirements, task descriptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Linear, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with both clients and technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership.
