Business Transformation Officer

The Role

We are looking for a Business Transformation Officer who combines structured thinking with excellent communication and a passion for improving how businesses work.

This role is for someone who enjoys creating professional proposals, developing clear business content, improving internal systems, and using AI and digital tools to simplify processes and increase efficiency.

You will work closely with Trublu's leadership and technical teams, supporting business development, proposal preparation, internal systems, and company-wide transformation initiatives. As the business grows, you will play an important role in helping us deliver high-quality outputs while continuously improving how we work behind the scenes.

What We Are Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, business development, marketing, engineering, or a similar professional environment
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience, a strong portfolio, or self-developed projects are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable engaging with colleagues across different teams, coordinating activities, and communicating ideas clearly
• Excellent written English with the ability to organise complex information into clear, professional documents
• Strong visual communication skills and confidence preparing polished presentations, proposals, and business documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Familiarity with generative AI tools, workflow automation, low-code or no-code platforms, or AI-assisted development
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work to deadlines
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable following tasks through with minimal supervision
• An interest in learning about transport planning, mobility, and road safety is an advantage
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi

What You Will Do

• Coordinate technical and commercial proposals, ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and professionally presented
• Work with technical teams to transform engineering information into clear, client-focused proposals and presentations
• Maintain proposal pipelines, business opportunities, and company information within Trublu's ERP and business systems
• Prepare project profiles, capability statements, project impact narratives, CVs, case studies, and other marketing and business development materials
• Develop consistent templates, presentations, and communication material that strengthen the Trublu brand
• Identify repetitive business processes and implement AI tools, automation, and improved workflows to increase efficiency
• Support the development of internal systems, dashboards, templates, and knowledge management resources
• Coordinate activities across technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure projects and submissions progress smoothly
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen business operations and the quality of company outputs
