Role: Lead Business Analyst
Location : Kochi / Trivandrum
Experience: 8-12 years
We are helping our cleint hire a Lead BA who can bridge technical expertise with commercial acumen. This role is pivotal in connecting tech teams with clients, driving pre‑sales success, and shaping impactful solutions. Candidates with "Service as a Software"- SaaS or Platform-led services or Platform-as-a-Service-enabled delivery will be preferred.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Sales/BD to qualify leads and shape proposals
- Lead RFP/RFI responses and deliver client demos
- Conduct discovery workshops, translate business needs into specs
- Prepare SOWs, BRDs, FRDs, and solution documentation
- Act as a trusted advisor during pre‑sales, spotting upsell opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years as BA in IT/software (pre‑sales experience a must)
- Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile, Cloud, APIs, databases
- Excellent communication & documentation skills
- Hands‑on with wireframing/project tools (Figma, Jira, etc.)
- Domain exposure in Retail, Real Estate, E‑commerce is a plus
- SaaS or Product company experience (Mandatory)
- CBAP/CSM certifications preferred
