Business Analyst - Solutions Engineering

What You’ll Do

• Conduct business process discovery to understand customer objectives, challenges and desired outcomes
• Analyse existing operational workflows and identify opportunities for process reimagination and digital transformation
• Translate customer business problems into clear solution requirements and scalable product solutions
• Develop solution concepts, process flows, storyboards and value propositions
• Support customer workshops, product demonstrations and proofs of concept
• Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Delivery teams

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
• 2–5 years’ experience in business analysis, solution consulting, presales, digital transformation or enterprise technology
• Experience working with SaaS, cloud-based platforms or digital workflow solutions
• Experience supporting customer discovery, solution design, demonstrations or proofs of concept
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving and process-mapping skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
