US Tax Preparer

US Tax Manager The ideal candidate should be an Enrolled Agent and will be responsible for US Tax Return Preparation & Review in coordination with the CPA Firms. Do not apply if no US Tax Return Experience. This will be client facing role so fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

Preparation, review and filing of Individual, Partnership and S-Corp. Federal and State returns Preparation, review and filing of Corporate Federal and State returns Doing a detailed research with regards to Federal income Tax. Response to the notices issued by IRS and State Tax authority with regard to Income Tax. Direct communication with US CPA on a regular basis. Should have worked on 1040, 1065,1120,1120s and 990. Adherence to deadlines and an attitude to meet them are a must for this job. The ability to work in a team and take up responsibility for the work done will be a crucial aspect for the candidate. Very strong Command on English is a must.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years experience in US Tax return preparation & review. Enrolled Agent License is a must. Must be ready to work in US Time Zone (Night Shift). Strong verbal or written communication skills. Strong knowledge on Software like Drake, Ultratax, Proseries, Turbotax etc. Salary Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
