🧐 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS and GitLab in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD frameworks, deployment automation, and software delivery practices.
• Strong knowledge of Git, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, and Terraform.
• Proven experience defining and governing enterprise-wide platform standards, engineering best practices, and reference architectures.
• Strong experience designing and operating Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud-native environments.
• Experience implementing observability and reliability practices using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and managing SLOs/SLAs.
• Experience building and operating Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) using tools such as Backstage, Crossplane, or similar solutions.
• Experience designing and managing Golden Paths, reusable templates, shared platform services, and self-service developer capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability management, secrets management, software supply chain security, policy-as-code, and compliance automation.
• Experience with platform governance, engineering KPIs, DORA metrics, and developer productivity initiatives.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

👀 GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience working within complex enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs.
• Knowledge of multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with cost optimization (FinOps) and cloud governance frameworks.
• Experience coaching and mentoring engineering teams on platform adoption and DevOps best practices.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and large-scale modernization initiatives.

🧐 HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

• Design, implement, and continuously improve platform engineering solutions that optimize software delivery and infrastructure management.
• Define, govern, and promote enterprise-wide platform standards, CI/CD frameworks, engineering best practices, and reusable platform capabilities.
• Own and evolve the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) strategy, driving self-service capabilities and secure software delivery across development teams.
• Develop innovative platform solutions that improve standardization, productivity, efficiency, and time-to-market.
• Create and maintain platform documentation, standards, reference architectures, and operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and platform-related issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate closely with development, operations, security, and architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and objectives.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical reviews, helping design scalable, secure, and resilient application platforms.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance, reliability, capacity, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Automate repetitive operational activities, optimize engineering workflows, and continuously improve developer experience.
• Lead platform adoption initiatives, enabling engineering teams to successfully implement platform capabilities and best practices.
• Drive DevSecOps, observability, reliability, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
• Support continuous improvement through platform governance, engineering metrics, and developer productivity programs.
