Must-Have:

• 8–10 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, GitLab, CI/CD frameworks and Internal Developer Platforms (Backstage, Crossplane or similar)
• Experience on automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible or others
• Having a solid understanding of networking fundamentals and able to cooperate with network engineers
• Knowledge on scripting languages and different operating environments
• Knowledge of DORA Metrics, Engineering KPIs, platform governance and initiatives to improve developer productivity
• Proficient on English language, both written and spoken
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Would be great if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
• Relevant certifications on DevOps, Infrastructure and/or Cloud
