Sales Manager (Marine Service Sales)

• Business development for a range of services entails figuring out and creating business plans by exploring opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Conduct sales visits and cultivate new clientele using tactics aimed at augmenting market portions in the domains of marine, offshore, power generation, oil and gas, petrochemical, and industry.
• Create and carry out all strategic sales plans to meet sales performance targets and advance business objectives.
• Organize and cultivate relationships with both current and potential clients.
• Coordinate with operation staff to prepare quotes from subcontractors and answer customer questions.
• Talk about technical capability, manpower, and schedule details with operation personnel in order to obtain a quote.
• Create cost estimates and draft quotes to send to customers or sales representatives.
• Communicate with customers, sales staff, and operation personnel. Oversee ongoing projects that are currently underway.
• Keep an eye on and respond to important customer needs
