About The Role

TRIOLOGY is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) to join its innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of Kubernetes clusters, ensuring robust and scalable infrastructure. You will implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD, manage deployments with Helm, and oversee monitoring and observability with Prometheus and Grafana. Your expertise will be critical in automating CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins and Groovy, managing infrastructure as code through Terraform, and containerizing applications with Docker. Additionally, you will handle configuration management with tools like Ansible or Puppet and collaborate with various cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and OpenShift. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse cloud solutions, contribute to innovative projects, and enhance the company's technological landscape.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
  • Experience with GitOps practices and tools like ArgoCD
  • Proficiency in Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Jenkins, Groovy, Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and OpenShift
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C1/C2) and English
  • Ability to work proactively in interdisciplinary teams and independently solve problems
  • Open-mindedness towards new technologies, processes, and changing requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain clarity under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Operate and further develop Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and performance
  • Implement and maintain GitOps workflows with ArgoCD for seamless deployment processes
  • Manage application deployments using Helm charts
  • Monitor system health and performance with Prometheus and Grafana, ensuring optimal observability
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment cycles with Jenkins and Groovy
  • Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring scalable and reproducible environments
  • Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them effectively
  • Handle configuration management with Ansible or Puppet to maintain consistency across environments
  • Collaborate with various cloud providers and integrate multiple cloud solutions into the infrastructure
  • Support and advise teams on best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies
