About The Team

The Builder Ops team owns operational excellence, developer tooling, and AI-powered automation for RBKS. We build the systems that keep services healthy and make builders productive — from service health dashboards and pipeline governance to AI agents that automate operational toil. Our mission is simple: every builder ships faster, every service runs better, and AI does the heavy lifting on everything that can be automated.

We operate across Ring, Blink, Key, and Sidewalk — a connected ecosystem of physical and digital products serving millions of customers worldwide. You'll work alongside firmware engineers, cloud service owners, and mobile developers, building the platforms they depend on daily.

The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below. Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher base salary, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include further pay components such as a sign on payment, the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA, and sales incentives where applicable. Your recruiting team will share final base pay and any applicable total compensation elements depending on skills and requirements. Company discretionary, supplementary benefits apply subject to further terms, including pension plans, health insurance, life and disability insurance, business travel insurance, MultiSport card, employee discount code and program (EDC/Extras), commuter benefits where applicable, and the Employee Assistance Program (private and confidential counseling and referral service to support health and well-being). The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 19,166 monthly.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
• Solid understanding of software design principles and distributed systems
• Experience building internal tools, platforms, or infrastructure used by other engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or agentic workflows
• Experience with AWS services (Bedrock, SageMaker, or similar)
• Experience building developer platforms, CI/CD systems, or monitoring infrastructure
• Track record of driving platform adoption across engineering teams
