Experience: 0–2 years Employment Type: Contractor / Full-time (depending on client) What You'll Lead And Build - Manage executives' calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences. - Screen and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. - Maintain organized filing systems and digital records. - Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and communications. - Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of executives. - Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. - Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed. What You Bring to the Table - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. - High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow. Nice-to-have - Experience working in a remote or international environment. - Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools. - Experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
