Summary:

Step into a role where your clinical skills directly shape a child's healthcare experience. As an LVN at Renaissance Neighborhood Clinic, you'll work hand-in-hand with physicians and nurse practitioners to deliver hands-on ambulatory care, from patient assessments to clinical interventions to the health education that helps families feel confident and supported. Our clinic serves a high volume of Spanish-speaking patients and families, so bilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply. This is nursing where you know your patients, your team, and the impact you're making every single day.

The Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse functions in a collaborative practice alongside physicians and nurse practitioners within a physician practice or clinic setting. In this role, the nurse provides comprehensive ambulatory care by performing patient-focused assessments, executing clinical interventions, and delivering vital health education to patients and their families. They are responsible for skillfully and consistently performing daily clinical duties in strict accordance with established organizational policies and medical procedures.

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
  • 0+ year of clinical experience in a pediatric or ambulatory setting.

Licensure, Registration, or Certification:

  • Current, valid license to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
