QA Team Lead

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our team and help build beautiful, complex, and high-performance applications for web and mobile platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of our growing company and work with clients from around the world.

What you will do

• Work on international projects (UK, US, EU)
• Create and manage QA test plans and strategies
• Guide and mentor QA team members
• Perform and oversee testing for web and mobile apps
• Help with the QA recruitment process
• Use the latest technologies to ensure top-quality results
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Provide feedback and ensure the team follows quality standards
• Report project status and QA progress

What we expect

• Experience in leading QA teams
• Deep understanding of various testing techniques
• Experience with JSON structures
• Proven experience in mobile app testing (iOS, Android)
• Proficient in API testing
• Skilled in writing test cases, acceptance criteria, and scenarios
• Experience working with Jira
• English: upper intermediate or higher

What’s your advantage

• Ability to build mobile apps with Xcode and Android Studio
• JMeter experience
• Understanding of SQL
