RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute the 0-to-1 product strategy for spot trading, derivatives (including perpetual and futures contracts), and financial products (including staking, yield, and structured products) — from concept through launch and iteration
• Design and own the end-to-end trading experience — including order types, trading interfaces, position management, liquidation mechanisms, and financial product structures
• Drive the product roadmap for core trading infrastructure and financial product offerings, making prioritization decisions grounded in market insight and user behavior
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality trading features with speed and precision
• Define and track success metrics to continuously improve product performance
• Align stakeholders across the organization on product vision and priorities to ensure focused and effective execution

• 從 0 到 1 定義並執行現貨交易、衍生品（如永續合約與期貨）及理財商品（如質押、活存與結構型商品）的產品策略，涵蓋概念發想、產品上線至持續優化
• 設計並主導完整的交易體驗，包含委託類型、交易介面、倉位管理、清算機制與理財商品結構
• 推動核心交易基礎設施與理財產品的產品路線（roadmap）規劃，基於市場洞察與用戶行為做出優先級決策
• 與工程及設計團隊緊密合作，快速且精確地交付高品質的交易功能
• 定義並追蹤關鍵指標，持續提升產品表現
• 整合跨部門利害關係人對產品願景與優先級的共識，確保執行聚焦且有效

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on trading, exchange, or financial products
• Proven 0-to-1 product experience — having independently led a trading or financial product from concept through launch
• Deep understanding of trading mechanics, including order types, matching engines, position and risk management
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills with the ability to transform ambiguous market opportunities into concrete, executable product roadmaps
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align engineering, design, and business stakeholders around a shared vision

• 具備 5 年以上產品管理經驗，其中至少 2 年聚焦於交易、交易所或金融產品
• 具備從 0 到 1 的實戰經驗，曾獨立主導交易或金融產品從概念發想到產品上線
• 深入理解交易機制，包含委託類型、撮合引擎、倉位管理與風險控制
• 具備強大的分析與優先級判斷能力，能將模糊的市場機會轉化為具體可執行的產品規劃
• 卓越的跨部門領導與溝通能力，能整合工程、設計與業務等利害關係人對共同願景的共識

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on experience with derivatives products — including perpetual contracts, futures, or options — on a centralized or decentralized exchange
• Familiarity with structured financial products, staking mechanisms, or yield strategies in the crypto context
• Experience with blockchain technology and a working understanding of DeFi protocols and on-chain trading infrastructure
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools; comfortable deriving product insights from trading data and user behavior metrics
• Prior experience at a crypto exchange, fintech, or traditional financial institution with a trading or brokerage focus

• 具備衍生品產品實務經驗，包含在中心化或去中心化交易所操盤永續合約、期貨或選擇權
• 熟悉加密貨幣情境下的結構型商品、質押機制或收益策略
• 具備區塊鏈技術背景，並對 DeFi 協議與鏈上交易基礎設施有實務理解
• 熟練使用 SQL 與數據分析工具，能從交易數據與用戶行為指標中提煉產品洞察
• 曾任職於加密貨幣交易所、金融科技公司或以交易／經紀業務為核心的傳統金融機構
