Solutions Eningeer

About the Role: Solutions Engineer will be working closely with the Business Development Team to support the technical discussions from sales demonstrations to onboarding process and account management. You will be the bridge between the sales team and the tech team to facilitate and/or deliver POC setup, give demos on SDK and API features of Liminal infrastructure, and also act as a primary point of contact for potential and existing customers’ technical queries. This role will be focusing on Taiwan and APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Independently responding to potential and existing customers’ technical queries
• Delivering tailored demonstrations to match the different requirements of potential clients
• Understanding and communicating the wallet infrastructure requirements of the potential clients
• Providing in-depth technical presentations on new and existing product features to existing clients
• Working closely with the Business Development Team and other internal stakeholders throughout the sales process
• Gathering feedback from potential and existing clients on product improvements, and communicating the findings to the product and technical teams
• Develop and maintain guides and other technical documentations in collaboration with the internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an accomplished Solutions Engineer in B2B crypto/blockchain/ SAAS organizations.Client facing experience is a must
• Should have experience with SDK, API and integrations.In-depth understanding of distributed systems, databases, and developer tools.
• Talented in storytelling and presenting technical demonstrations.
• Able to communicate effectively technical knowledge and terminology to technical and non-technical audiences
• Confident, direct and concise communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Postman or other similar API tools.
• Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript is a bonus but not a mandatory requirement
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Experience in blockchain wallet infrastructure and/or custody is not mandatory but will be preferred
• Education - Degree inEngineering
