Senior Content Marketing Specialist

LimeChain builds the blockchain and AI infrastructure behind some of the most important companies in crypto and finance. For nine years, our engineers and architects have shipped production systems for protocols, exchanges, and financial institutions moving into digital assets, with a track record most firms can't match.

We are now looking for a Senior Content Marketing Specialist to turn LimeChain's technical expertise into sharp, credible, and commercially useful content for our target audiences: crypto-native builders, protocols, fintechs, and financial institutions exploring digital assets.

Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with internal experts, you will independently own key content projects across thought leadership, long-form content, website pages, case studies, webinars, and sales enablement. This is a hands-on role for someone who can understand complex topics, shape strong narratives, work confidently with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality content with limited guidance.

What you’ll do:

• Own the creation of long-form content such as reports, guides, whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, customer stories, and expert-led articles.
• Turn input from engineers, architects, executives, and commercial stakeholders into clear, compelling, market-facing content.
• Support LimeChain's thought leadership by identifying strong content angles and shaping technical expertise into relevant narratives for target audiences.
• Create and improve website content in line with messaging, SEO, GEO, and CRO best practices.
• Develop webinar-related content, including topic framing, speaker briefs, promotional copy, follow-up content, and repurposed assets.
• Create sales enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, battlecards, and supporting content for the Revenue team.
• Help maintain consistency across content, website, campaign, and sales materials.
• Coordinate content projects with freelancers, contributors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Use AI tools effectively to research, structure, draft, repurpose, and improve content while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand voice.
• Track content performance and use insights to suggest improvements to topics, formats, and distribution.

What You Bring To The Table:

• 3+ years in B2B content marketing, with examples of long-form content (reports, guides, whitepapers).
• Experience working with internal and external experts to create content.
• Comfortable owning or co-owning messaging, not just writing to a brief.
• Experience writing for a finance, software, or tech audience.
• Proficient with AI tools and an AI-first approach to your work.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently.
• Fluent written and verbal English.

• Experience coordinating the production of videos and demos.
• Experience growing a company or personal brand on LinkedIn.
• Experience working with freelancers, analysts, and other external contributors.
• Knowledge of crypto or blockchain specifically.
