Company Description CryptoDeposit.Org is building a compliance-focused, KYC-ready stablecoin deposit protocol designed for institutional users, auditors, and regulators. The system issues tokenized bills representing fixed-term, fixed-rate obligations, supported by smart-contract-native issuance and redemption, a treasury contract, compliance and Travel Rule registries, and a robust accounting and reconciliation stack. Unlike anonymous or purely pool-based yield protocols, CryptoDeposit emphasizes fixed obligations, known maturity dates, explicit balance sheet treatment, policy-aware issuance and payouts, and replayable books and records. This architecture is intended to make the protocol easier to explain to risk committees, simpler to assess in supervised environments, and more straightforward to reconcile than conventional DeFi yield products. CryptoDeposit is evolving toward a fully integrated compliance platform, with customer onboarding and broader operations still in active development.
Role Description The Stablecoin Partnerships role is a full-time remote position responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with institutional partners, stablecoin issuers, exchanges, custodians, and other ecosystem participants. This role involves sourcing and qualifying partnership opportunities, leading end-to-end deal cycles, and collaborating with product and compliance teams to align partner integrations with CryptoDeposit’s technical and regulatory architecture. The individual will conduct market and competitor analysis, translate partner needs into product requirements, and help shape go-to-market strategies for new features and jurisdictions. Day-to-day activities include preparing and delivering partner-facing presentations, drafting term sheets and collaboration frameworks, coordinating technical and operational onboarding, and maintaining ongoing partner health metrics and feedback loops. The role also requires close engagement with internal stakeholders to ensure that partnerships support long-term protocol adoption, regulatory readiness, and sustainable revenue generation.
