Maroo is a compliance-first, EVM-compatible chain for regulated on-chain finance: stablecoins, real-world assets, and autonomous agents that have to play by the rules. Builders get a familiar EVM + Solidity surface, but compliance, attestations, a KRW stablecoin (OKRW), and agent identity ship as first-class precompiles instead of bolted-on contracts. Our mission: make “regulated” as easy to build on as “permissionless.”

Hashed Open Finance is the fintech arm of Hashed, building the foundational infrastructure for Korea's next-generation digital economy across stablecoins, RWA, and STOs. Our flagship project, Maroo, is Korea's first sovereign Layer 1 blockchain natively optimized for the Korean Won (KRW) and compliant with financial regulations. By uniting traditional fiat, public networks, and AI agents on a single compliant rail, Maroo eliminates friction and serves as the ultimate launchpad for the future of finance.

Role Description You are the voice of Maroo to its builders, and the voice of builders inside Maroo. You’ll grow the developer community, tell Maroo’s technical story, and make the path from “what’s a precompile?” to a shipped, compliant dApp feel obvious. This role is communication- and community-first, with a light, supporting technical touch: running the samples, sanity-checking the docs, and talking to engineers as peers. You don’t need to be an engineer; you need to be a great communicator who’s technical enough to earn builders’ trust.

• Own the developer narrative & journey: quickstarts, tutorials, guides, and docs that take builders from zero to a compliant dApp across the core precompiles: PCL (compliance policy), OKRW (KRW stablecoin), EAS (attestations), and Agent identity (ERC-8004).
• Shepherd reference dApps & sample code: define what builders need, partner with engineering to produce it, and curate/showcase great community examples. (You don’t have to write it all yourself.)
• Create education & demos: blog posts, videos, live walkthroughs, and workshops; represent Maroo at hackathons and conferences across KR and global ecosystems.
• Grow and support the builder community (Discord / forum / GitHub): answer questions, unblock integrations, lower time-to-first-transaction.
• Be the developer’s voice internally: turn real builder friction into concrete DX / product feedback for the engineering team.
• Keep the docs honest: run the happy path yourself so what we publish actually works.

• Exceptional communication & storytelling: you make complex, regulated-finance concepts feel simple and exciting.
• Technically literate: you can read docs/specs, run a sample dApp, and hold your own in a conversation with engineers. (You won’t be writing production code in this role.)
• Community instinct: you genuinely like helping developers and building relationships.
• A track record of developer adoption: content, events, community, or DX outcomes.
• Builder empathy: you know what makes a developer’s first hour delightful or miserable.
• Bonus PointsYou can build it yourself: Solidity / TypeScript chops to prototype reference dApps or SDK examples solo. Not required, but a strong multiplier.
• Bilingual Korean / English: Maroo’s ecosystem spans the KR and global markets.
• Domain familiarity with account abstraction (ERC-4337), attestations (EAS), stablecoins / RWA / regtech, or AI agents / agentic payments.
• Prior developer-community or DevRel work at an early-stage chain, L2, or dev-tools company.

Compliance is where the next wave of real on-chain capital is stuck. You’ll define how thousands of builders experience the chain trying to unblock it, with the latitude to shape both the story and the product.
