What You’ll Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in estimating, quoting, operations, or procurement

We are therefore looking for amazing people to add to our team!We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Estimator to join our fast-paced Operations team.In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of quotes across the US delivering accurate, timely, and competitive estimates that meet our Gold Standard for quality, speed, and value.

What You’ll Do

• Execute a high volume of quotes across the US with speed and precision
• Deliver estimates that meet our Gold Standard for accuracy, turnaround time, and competitive pricing
• Approach each quote with a solution-oriented mindset, balancing customer needs with profitability
• Follow established QA processes and workflows, while proactively identifying and flagging gaps or inefficiencies
• Communicate clearly and proactively with team leads and senior estimators, escalating issues early
• Consistently meet service level targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Support senior team members on additional tasks and contribute to overall team performance

Desirable skills

• Exposure to value engineering or cost optimization initiatives
• Background in landscaping, horticulture, or wholesale plant materials
• Experience working in the US market
• Experience working in fast paced start up environments.
