CONTENT MANAGER

Blockmaze | Mumbai, India | Full-time

Experience: 8+

Target Markets: Europe & GCC

About Blockmaze

The future of finance is moving on-chain. Real-world assets- stocks, bonds, real estate,

commodities are being tokenized and brought onto blockchain rails for instant settlement,

fractional ownership, and programmable compliance.

But we're at 0.01% category penetration. The market doesn't yet understand what "regulated

tokenization" means or why it matters. Most platforms are either crypto-native (unregulated,

high-risk) or TradFi incumbents (slow to innovate). Blockmaze is building the regulated

infrastructure that bridges both worlds.

We're a tokenization platform for institutional issuers- brokers, wealth managers, family offices,

and asset managers, with licenses across 8 jurisdictions (UAE, Bahrain, Cyprus, and more),

powered by Finvasia Group's 15 years of financial services infrastructure. We enable issuers to

bring real-world assets on-chain with full regulatory compliance, banking-grade custody, and

audit-backed reserves.

This is category-building, not just brand-building. We're defining what tokenization means for the next decade of institutional finance.

About the Role

You'll build and lead Blockmaze's content engine which includes social media, blog posts,

whitepapers, case studies, research reports, email campaigns, and web copy that educate

buyers, establish credibility, and drive pipeline.

But this isn't typical content marketing. Majority is category building which involves educating

TG what tokenization is, why regulation matters, how the infrastructure works, and also

brand/product marketing. You're producing content frameworks and narratives that define the

category itself. You'll own the content strategy, manage writers, designers & video creators including

freelancers, and work cross-functionally with Brand, PR, Product Marketing, and Sales to

ensure every piece of content compounds toward the same strategic goals.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll write flagship pieces personally, edit team output, and

build the content operation from scratch. We care deeply about craft, clarity, and creating

content that earns attention rather than demands it.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • 8+ years in content marketing, with at min. 2 years in fintech, financial services or Web3
  • Strategic content thinker: you understand content funnels, buyer journeys, and how to

map content to different stages (awareness, consideration, decision).

  • Experience building content programmes from scratch.
  • Strong editorial judgment: you know what makes a piece compelling, credible, and worth

reading.

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical/regulatory topics into clear, engaging

content for non-technical audiences.

  • You understand the difference between content that educates a category and content

that sells a product (and when to do each).

  • You believe that the best content doesn't feel like marketing

Preferred:

  • Experience in emerging categories or technical products where buyer education is

critical to sales success.

  • Background in financial services, wealth management, or institutional fintech.
  • SEO knowledge and experience driving organic traffic through content (keyword

research, on-page optimization, pillar/cluster strategies).

  • Comfortable working with technical subject matter (blockchain, smart contracts,

compliance frameworks) and translating it for decision-makers (CTOs, CFOs,

compliance officers)

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and own Blockmaze's content strategy: what we publish, where, for whom, and

why.

  • Build content pillars aligned with category-building goals (regulated tokenization 101,

compliance guides, market research) and brand goals (why Blockmaze, customer

stories, product explainers).

  • Create quarterly content calendars mapping to business priorities (product launches,

events, sales cycles, regulatory milestones).

  • Define content formats and channels: blog, LinkedIn, email nurture, gated assets

(whitepapers, reports), video scripts, event presentations.

Content Production (Hands-On):

  • Write flagship content personally: research reports (GCC Tokenization Index), thought

leadership pieces, customer case studies, technical deep-dives.

  • Edit and refine content from Jr. Copywriter, Sr. Technical Writer, and freelancers -

maintain quality bar and brand voice.

  • Collaborate with Sr. Brand Manager and PR Manager on founder op-eds and

media-facing content.

  • Partner with Product Marketing on go-to-market collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks,

sales enablement materials)

Content DistriKey Responsibilitiesbution and Amplification:

  • Work with Social Media Manager to amplify content across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other

channels

  • Coordinate with Performance Marketing on content for paid campaigns (gated

whitepapers, retargeting assets, lead magnets)

  • Repurpose long-form content into multi-format assets
  • Build email nurture sequences that move prospects from awareness to consideration to

decision

Team and Vendor Management:

  • Grow and manage a team, assign briefs, review drafts, coach on writing quality and

brand voice

  • Partner with Sr. Technical Writer on product documentation and compliance-heavy

content

  • Hire and manage freelance writers for specialized topics (legal/regulatory content,

technical blockchain explainers, industry analysis)-

  • Build editorial calendar, workflows, and approval processes

Measurement and Optimization:

  • Track content performance: page views, time on page, conversion rates, pipeline

influence, organic rankings

  • Run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and content formats
  • Report monthly on content ROI and adjust strategy based on what's working (and what's

not)

  • Use attribution to understand which content drives pipeline (not just traffic)
