A leading technology-driven organization at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain is seeking a senior AI Strategy Leader to define and execute enterprise-wide AI initiatives.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of autonomous AI Agents, decentralized infrastructure, and next-generation digital products. The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives that combine AI innovation with blockchain technologies to create scalable platforms for the emerging AI economy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise AI strategy across business transformation and product innovation initiatives.
• Establish AI governance frameworks and investment priorities in partnership with executive leadership.
• Drive the development of AI-powered and blockchain-enabled products and platforms.
• Lead AI Agent infrastructure initiatives, including architecture design and proof-of-concept programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Business Operations.
• Oversee AI platforms, data infrastructure, and MLOps environments.
• Develop AI risk management, governance, and ethical AI policies.
• Manage strategic relationships with technology partners, research institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders.

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
• 5+ years of experience leading AI, Data Strategy, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success delivering business or operational transformation through AI adoption.

• Experience with AI models, LLMs, AI Agents, and production AI systems.
• Experience building and launching new products from concept to market.
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing AI Agent or multi-agent architectures.
• Knowledge of SaaS or platform business models.
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and security.
• Experience within FinTech, Financial Services, Digital Assets, or Blockchain sectors.
• Familiarity with smart contracts, DeFi, wallet infrastructure, and on-chain analytics.
