Associate Director, Sales & Distribution (Tokenisation - Platform, Custody & Infrastructure) – Group Treasury & Markets

Key Responsibilities

• Support architecture and solution design for tokenisation and Digital Ledger Technology (DLT) initiatives.
• Contribute to integration design across: Core banking systems, Payment infrastructure, Treasury and operational systems.
• Support the development of custody, wallet, and reserve asset management frameworks.
• Assist in designing operational workflows, reconciliation processes, and exception-handling controls.
• Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders on implementation and delivery activities.
• Participate in testing, rollout, and operational readiness activities.
• Support the ongoing enhancement and scalability of tokenisation platform capabilities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Law, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in financial markets, risk management, or digital assets (e.g., CFA, FRM, or blockchain-related certifications) are an advantage.
• 6–10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Treasury & Markets, Transaction Banking, Technology or digital transformation, Risk, Compliance, Legal, or Regulatory functions.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives within financial institutions.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, solution delivery, or financial systems integration.
• Good understanding of: API and system integration, Distributed systems and/or DLT-related technologies, Custody and wallet management concepts, Operational and reconciliation processes.
• Experience working with banking platforms, payment systems, or treasury infrastructure.
• Exposure to digital assets, tokenisation, payments, or DLT-related initiatives is an advantage.
