Blockchain Consultant / Head of Blockchain

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid/Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Consultant / Head of Blockchain to lead the design, development, and implementation of blockchain-based products and solutions. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, oversee technical development, and work closely with business and technology teams to build scalable blockchain applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of blockchain-based products and platforms.
  • Design secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain architectures.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to define product requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable blockchain technologies and frameworks.
  • Ensure security, performance, and scalability of blockchain solutions.
  • Guide and mentor the blockchain development team.
  • Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends, protocols, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications or experience in Blockchain technologies are preferred.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in blockchain development.
  • Experience in designing and deploying blockchain applications.
  • Experience with smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps) is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Smart Contracts (Solidity or equivalent).
  • Understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and distributed ledger technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
