Responsibilities:
Utila is a truly product-led company. We define the strategy, decide what to build, and own the end-to-end user experience. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for multiple domains in our platform, requiring you to:
- Outline Utila’s product direction: Define the roadmap based on market research, competitive analysis, and direct engagement with prospects and customers.
- Own the problem space: Be the authority on who we are solving for, why it matters, and how Utila can best meet these needs.
- Drive features through the entire product lifecycle: From ideation to launch, with continuous tracking and refinement.
- Ensure organizational alignment: Keep the C-level, engineering, sales, customer success, and operations aligned on roadmap, priorities, and execution.
- Define and evolve product requirements: Translate customer needs and pain points into clear, actionable requirements with a defined problem, usage, and user experience.
- Deliver exceptional user experience: Partner with our UX team to create experiences that stand out as a Utila differentiator.
- Product Management Experience – 5+ years of hands-on experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering B2B SaaS enterprise-grade products from conception to launch.
- Technical Acumen – Ability to go deep into complex technical flows spanning multiple endpoints and cloud architectures.
- Interpersonal Skills – Excellent ability to collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills – Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a commitment to clarity and precision in describing use cases and features.
- Domain Knowledge (Preferred) – Familiarity with the institutional digital asset space—including wallets, custody, compliance, or crypto infrastructure—is a strong advantage.
- Education – BSc/MS in Computer Science, another engineering/technical degree, or equivalent military experience.
