About The Role
Fireblocks' mobile app is a critical component in the day-to-day financial operations of the world's leading financial institutions.
As the Mobile PM, you'll own the full product domain: driving the roadmap, collaborating closely with engineering and design, and ensuring every feature ships with precision and measurable impact. But this is more than a customer-facing product - it's also a foundational platform that other product teams across Fireblocks rely on to deliver their features to mobile users. You'll own both dimensions: driving the customer experience outbound while advancing the infrastructure that makes it possible. As the world moves toward agentic, AI-native financial operations, this team is building exactly that. You define what gets built and why.

What You'll Own
- The mobile product end-to-end - roadmap, strategy, and delivery across iOS and Android, with full accountability for outcomes.
- The customer experience - deeply understanding how institutional users interact with their financial operations on mobile, and continuously raising the bar.
- The mobile platform - working with product teams across Fireblocks to understand their needs and ensuring mobile can support their features effectively.
- The AI and intelligence layer on mobile - defining how smart, proactive capabilities get surfaced to users in a way that adds real value.
- Spending significant time with customers and data - forming a sharp, evidence-based view of what to build next and why.
- Making hard prioritization calls - balancing customer-facing improvements, platform needs from internal teams, and long-term product investments.
- Working across teams - product, engineering, design, security, and customer success - to align on scope and get things shipped.
- Owning the full arc of a feature - from problem definition and spec to launch, adoption, and iteration.
- 4+ years in product management; experience owning a mobile product domain is a strong plus.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software - you understand multi-stakeholder users and complex workflows.
- Strong data fluency - you write queries, build your own analysis, and don't wait for a data team to tell you what's happening.
- Technical enough to have real conversations with engineers - you know what "hard" looks like and write specs that leave no room for ambiguity.
- Experience with AI-powered features is a strong plus - especially mobile or workflow-embedded AI.
- Background in fintech, digital assets, crypto, or financial infrastructure.
- Experience with MPC wallets, custody platforms, or transaction approval flows.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in high-security, high-stakes environments.
