Position: Blockchain Developer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: New York, NY / Jersey City, NJ
We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer with a strong background in enterprise software engineering and Web3 technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on Web3/blockchain development
- Strong expertise in Solidity, smart contract development, and Ethereum ecosystem
- Experience with Java/Spring Boot and/or Node.js
- Proficiency with Web3.js, Ethers.js, Web3J, or Viem
- Knowledge of ERC token standards, blockchain security, wallets, and transaction lifecycle
- Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Hyperledger Besu, Corda, or other permissioned blockchain platforms
- Exposure to Layer 2 solutions and cross-chain protocols
- Financial services or regulated industry experience
- Agile/Scrum development experience
