Role: Application Support Engineer – Digital Assets & Blockchain (Multiple positions)
Type: Full time – Perm
Location: Sydney
Status: AU valid visa with full work rights
Skills: Application Support, UNIX/Linux, SQL, Java Troubleshooting, ITRS Geneos, AutoSys, Blockchain, Crypto, Digital Assets, Production Support
Experience: 5+ years
Requisites:
- L2 production support for Digital Asset and Blockchain applications, ensuring platform stability and availability.
- Experience with UNIX/Linux, SQL, and Java troubleshooting in enterprise production env.
- Perform root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and support release and deployment.
- Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
- Work closely with development, infra, and business teams to resolve production issues.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Blockchain, Digital Assets, Cryptocurrency, Wallet Management, or AML/KYC.
- Exposure to SRE, DevOps, Cloud Platforms, Electronic Trading, or Enterprise Automation.
