We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Digital Assets Operations team. This role supports institutional clients and plays a key part in the day-to-day processing and oversight of digital asset transactions.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Working with digital assets such as bitcoin and overseeing client processing to ensure transactions for institutional clients are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Managing daily transactional workflows, including monitoring queues, resolving breaks, and escalating issues as needed.
- Identifying operational inefficiencies, performing analysis, and contributing to process improvements and control enhancements.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders across operations, risk, technology, and client service teams.
- Supporting coverage needs across the operating day. This role requires flexibility to support business needs, including coverage outside standard business hours and regular in-office presence. Schedules may include evenings and weekends on a rotational basis, based on business and client requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 3 or more years of experience in operations, custody, settlements, reconciliations, risk and control, or digital assets. Experience with bitcoin or other digital assets is preferred. Experience working in a regulated financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of operational risk, controls, and exception management.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and evolving technology platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume, time sensitive environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to clearly document issues and collaborate across teams.
- Willingness to support flexible work schedules, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Comfort acting as a subject matter resource for junior team members.
- Ability to independently identify issues and propose practical solutions.
- Experience contributing to audits, control testing, or regulatory inquiries is a plus.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
