My client is looking for an inspirational Director of Solutions Engineering to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team within a growing international FinTech business

.This is a highly visible leadership position for someone who combines technical and commercial expertise with a positive, hands-on approach. You will set high standards, drive continuous improvement and ensure the team delivers an exceptional experience throughout every stage of the enterprise sales process

.Key responsibilities

• :Lead, coach and motivate the Solutions Engineering tea
• mCreate a positive, accountable and high-performance cultur
• eDevelop the team’s capabilities while maintaining consistently high standard
• sLead complex product demonstrations, workshops and solution-design session
• sSupport strategic opportunities with banks and financial institutions across global markets, primarily EME
• AWork closely with Sales, Product and Implementation teams to develop compelling client solution
• sProvide senior-level support throughout complex enterprise sales cycle
• sEnsure proposals, presentations, proofs of concept and technical responses are delivered to an exceptional standar
• dTranslate complex client challenges into clear and commercially relevant solution
• sRepresent the business confidently with senior banking and financial-crime stakeholder
• sTravel regularly to support clients, opportunities and team members across the regio

nThe successful candidate will bring

• :Proven leadership experience within Solutions Engineering, Presales or Solution Consultin
• gA strong track record of motivating, developing and retaining high-performing team
• sExperience working with major banks and financial institutions internationall
• yA good understanding of financial-crime technology and the wider regulatory landscap
• eExperience supporting complex enterprise software sale
• sStrong commercial awareness and executive-level communication skill
• sThe ability to challenge constructively and continually raise standard
• sA collaborative, solutions-focused and genuinely “can-do” attitud
• eFlexibility and willingness to travel regularly, particularly across EME
