What We're Looking For
โ 12+ years of experience in enterprise software development, system architecture, or distributed computing
โ Strong expertise in Blockchain Architecture, Cryptography, P2P Networking, and Consensus Protocols
โ Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Go (Golang), Node.js, Java, Python, C++, or Solidity
โ Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, Hyperledger, R3 Corda, and IPFS
โ Proven ability to architect scalable, secure, enterprise-grade blockchain solutions
โ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
