Job Summary

Client is seeking an experienced *Solutions Architect* to support its next-generation *Digital Assets* initiative focused on *Stablecoins, Tokenized Deposits, and Digital Payment Infrastructure*.

This role requires a seasoned architect with deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale Digital Asset solutions within banking, financial services, or fintech environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience architecting stablecoin-based payment platforms, digital custody solutions, tokenized deposits, blockchain integrations, and working with industry-leading providers such as *Ripple* and *Stablecore*.

You will partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product owners, security, compliance, treasury, and external technology providers to design secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant Digital Asset solutions.

Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Digital Asset initiatives.

* Design enterprise architectures supporting Stablecoins, Tokenized Deposits, and Blockchain-based payment solutions.

* Define scalable, secure, and resilient architecture patterns for digital asset platforms.

* Architect integrations between blockchain networks and core banking systems.

* Design APIs and microservices supporting Digital Asset transactions and payment orchestration.

* Collaborate with technology partners including Ripple, Stablecore, and other Digital Asset ecosystem providers.

* Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.

* Work closely with engineering teams during solution implementation and production deployment.

* Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.

* Partner with Product, Treasury, Compliance, AML, Fraud, Operations, and Infrastructure teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

* Evaluate emerging Digital Asset technologies and recommend architecture best practices.

* Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and design reviews across multiple teams.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

* 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.

* Hands-on experience delivering Digital Asset or Blockchain solutions in Banking or FinTech environments.

* Strong experience with Stablecoin payment implementations.

* Experience designing Tokenized Deposit platforms.

* Experience integrating blockchain technologies with enterprise applications.

* Experience working with Ripple, Stablecore, or similar Digital Asset platforms.

* Strong understanding of Digital Asset custody, wallet architecture, and settlement workflows.

* Experience designing API-first and microservices-based architectures.

* Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.

* Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.

* Familiarity with container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.

* Experience integrating with enterprise payment and banking platforms.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience within Commercial Banking, Treasury Services, Payments, or Capital Markets.

* Knowledge of Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT).

* Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Polygon, or Solana.

* Familiarity with Smart Contracts and token lifecycle management.

* Experience with Digital Custody platforms.

* Knowledge of ISO 20022 payment messaging.

* Experience with RTP, FedNow, ACH, Wire, or Cross-Border Payments.

* Understanding of regulatory frameworks including AML, KYC, OFAC, BSA, and FinCEN.

* Experience designing highly secure financial systems utilizing HSMs, encryption, and enterprise identity management.
