Senior Infrastructure Engineer —, AI-Native Platform Build –$250K + Equity

We're hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for an early-stage AI startup reimagining how defense manufacturing gets done.

This isn't a legacy retrofit. It's a clean-slate, AI-native platform built to surface risks, drive actions, and deliver mission-critical hardware at speed.

What you'll own:

• AWS GovCloud + Kubernetes (EKS) — production-grade
• SOC 2 and FedRAMP compliance end to end
• CI/CD pipelines, GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm, GitHub Actions)
• Auth systems (Auth0, Keycloak, Istio)

You'll be the first dedicated infra hire. That means real ownership, real influence over architecture, and a path to technical leadership.

$200K–$275K + competitive equity Hybrid, San Diego CA OR remote
