We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Drive the execution of multiple work streams for data and AI initiatives
- Provide insight and expertise for complex technical solutions, especially in data platforms
- Collaborate with architects and consultants to ensure scalable and maintainable data solution designs
- Lead administration, security, operations, and self-service feature enablement for data platforms
- Set strategies for effective use of database technology and manage information storage and sharing
- Foster partnerships with IT teams and vendors to ensure adherence to architectural standards
- Minimum ten (10) years experience in software development or a related field (additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree)
- Minimum six (6) years experience implementing solutions applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC)
- Minimum four (4) years in a technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in data platform administration, security, and operations
- Ability to translate business requirements into physical program designs and software solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field
- Opportunity to build and scale a secure, resilient data and AI platform
