About the Role

We're looking for a Mobile Marketing Lead to drive app downloads and subscription growth for a mobile-focused ecommerce product. This is a hands-on role: you'll own acquisition and growth initiatives directly, not just set strategy from the sidelines. The role sits at the intersection of mobile marketing, ecommerce, and subscription growth, with experience across both B2B and B2C motions helping you understand the full scope of the customer and sales landscape.

What You'll Do

• Drive mobile app download growth initiatives across relevant channels

• Increase subscription acquisition through targeted mobile marketing efforts

• Execute hands-on mobile marketing work for an ecommerce-focused app

• Support subscription growth across both B2B and B2C audiences

• Identify and test growth levers to improve acquisition and conversion performance

• Monitor key mobile growth metrics and adjust strategy based on results

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading mobile marketing initiatives

• Strong hands-on experience with mobile app growth

• Experience driving app downloads and subscription acquisition

• Experience working on mobile-focused ecommerce products

• Familiarity with both B2B and B2C marketing motions

• Comfort operating independently in a hands-on, execution-focused capacity
