Our client is seeking a Trainee Kitchen Designer to join their team in Sidcup. This full-time role offers comprehensive training, hands-on experience and the chance to develop into a skilled Kitchen Designer within a well-established and highly regarded business.

What You'll Need

We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for design. You'll also have:

• A keen interest in design, home interiors and space planning.
• Excellent spatial awareness and an eye for room layouts and dimensions.
• Strong numeracy skills with the ability to work from project briefs to produce plans, elevations and specifications.
• Excellent computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
• Ideally, a full UK driving licence (a company pool car is available for business use).

Full Training Provided

Successful applicants should be able to demonstrate their interest in design through GCSE or A-Level Design/Design Technology qualifications, along with examples of design work or projects that showcase their creativity and commitment.

You'll receive full training across all aspects of the role, including:

• Company products and manufacturing processes.
• CAD software, including Winner and Fusion.
• Specification software.
• Kitchen appliances, lighting, sinks and taps.
• Quartz, granite and other kitchen materials.
