How You'll Make an Impact
- Perform electrical tests, including power factor, impulse, and temperature run testing.
- Calibrate instruments and troubleshoot testing equipment to ensure accurate results.
- Create and maintain Certified Test Reports using computer-based systems.
- Partner with Engineering teams to review test results and support issue resolution.
- Collect and process standard and G&O liquid samples.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Cross-train in multiple testing processes and support the development of team capabilities.
- Follow all safety, quality, regulatory, and operational procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
- Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent training in Electrical or Electronics Technology.
- Experience in electrical testing, manufacturing, laboratory environments, or related technical fields preferred.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to create and maintain reports.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekend schedules as business needs require.
