EPC Account Manager

Schneider Electric Korea is seeking an experienced EPC Sales professional ( Power Systems Business) to drive business growth with major Korean EPCs and industrial customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and promoting Schneider Electric's Full Portfolio including MV/LV Switchgear, Dry-type Transformers, Protection & Control, Power Monitoring, and Digital Solutions. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, EPC project understanding, and the ability to influence customers from the early project stage through project award.

Team Leader of EPC Sales Team

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key Korean EPCs and related End Users
• Identify and qualify project opportunities in:
• Energy & Chemicals
• Oil & Gas
• Power Generation
• Mobility (Semiconductor & Automotive)
• Transportation
• Drive early engagement, specification activities, and project pursuit strategies.
• Promote Schneider Electric's full Power Systems portfolio beyond standalone product sales.
• Collaborate with tendering, technical, and global EPC teams to improve competitiveness and win rate.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecast through CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Approximately 8-12 years of experience in EPC, Power Systems, or Industrial Solution Sales.
• Proven sales experience in electrical distribution, switchgear, transformers, or related power solutions.
• Experience with EPC customers, project sales, or industrial end users.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Business English communication capability.

Preferred

• Experience with EPC companies or industry competitors.
